At CantonX Digital, we operationalize a principle of "Minimum Viable Ingestion." We only collect information that is strictly necessary for the strategic frameworks we build. This includes institutional contact information, technical infrastructure maps provided during consultation, and climate data sets localized to your specific geographic initiatives.

We do not engage in broad-spectrum consumer data harvesting. Our research focuses on high-level institutional and environmental data points. Any personal identifiers are treated as ephemeral tokens, utilized solely for communication and project authentication within our verified consulting channels.

Personal data is never used as training substrate for our proprietary climate mitigation models. Artificial intelligence logic at CantonX is applied to environmental sensing—methane leak detection, atmospheric carbon drift, and forest canopy density—not personal behavioral modeling.

Under our GDPR and PIPEDA-aligned frameworks, you retain full sovereignty over any data provided to us. This includes the right to a complete asset audit, the right to rectify historical technical data provided during discovery, and the absolute right to the "Deep Purge"—a permanent deletion of all stored organizational identifiers from our systems.

To exercise these rights, requests must be directed to our designated Data Integrity Officer at [email protected]. All requests are processed within a mandatory 72-hour integrity window.

Environmental models are retained for historical benchmarking, but any associating project metadata that links a specific institution to that data is de-coupled 12 months post-contract completion. We maintain a non-persistent storage architecture where data is silos into project-specific physical hardware units that are wiped following framework delivery.
