Scope of Consultancy Engagement.
Carbon Integrity
Our strategic frameworks rely on IPCC-aligned data sets. Users are responsible for the primary verification of their internal carbon reporting before ingestion into our AI models.
Methane Mapping
Satellite-derived terrain verification and methane leak predictions are probabilistic. Engagement with our tools implies understanding of algorithmic modeling variance.
Strategic Limits
CantonX Digital serves as a research and consulting firm. We do not provide direct hardware implementation or software engineering integration services.

Intellectual Property
Proprietary Strategic Frameworks.
All AI-driven mitigation strategies, analytical models, and research insights provided via cantonx.digital are the exclusive property of CantonX Digital. Unless formally licensed through a consulting contract, users may not reproduce, redistribute, or utilize these frameworks for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Predictive Algorithmic Boundaries.
Given the complexity of environmental modeling, AI-generated insights are provided "as-is" for informational purposes. CantonX Digital shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from institutional decisions based on predictive climate shifts or mitigation efficacy models.
Acceptable Use
Integrity of Access.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated systems (including scrapers, bots, or data-mining tools) to extract our research indices or model parameters. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary Climate-AI synthesis logic will result in immediate termination of access and legal recourse.
Data Sovereignty
Privacy and Source Security.
While we aggregate publicly auditable data sources, any proprietary climate data sets provided by consulting partners remain their property. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data ingestion and storage protocols.
